What payment methods do you accept? On account
Can I still cancel/change my order after I have received the confirmation email? Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended/cancelled

Can I use a PO number PO Numbers are mandatory

What is a delivery lead time 3-5 working days (unless next day delivery has been specified at checkout) depending on stock availability

Do I need to order a minimum quantity? What’s the minimum order value? Depending on the item you are purchasing, there may be a minimum order qty.  There is no minimum order value when purchasing on the eStore
